We are pleased to announce a new issue of Connections Online, Coalition for a Livable Future's digital journal. Included in this issue are three white papers that explore the topics of wage inequality, what equity means for persons with disabilities, and the opportunities and needs created by our growing older adult population:

Aging and Equity in the Greater Portland Metropolitan Region, by Alan DeLaTorre and Margaret Neal of Portland State University’s Institute on Aging.

Disparities in Access and Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities in Portland, by Michael Szporluk of the Portland Commission on Disability.

Middle Class Decline in the Portland Metro Region, by Christian Kaylor of the Oregon Employment Department.

Connections was created to provide articles and papers to keep you informed about CLF and issues important to creating a more equitable and sustainable Portland metropolitan region. We hope you enjoy this resource.
