CLF Staff
Mara Gross, Executive Director Mara is an attorney with a background in policy development and multi-sector advocacy. She became Executive Director in 2013, and was previously Policy Director for six years, focusing on coalition building, transportation, and the development and adoption of policies for sustainable communities in underserved communities. Prior to CLF, Mara was legislative aide to the Oregon Senate Majority Leader; advocated for funding for basic services on statewide ballot measure campaigns; founded a legal clinic focusing on housing and employment issues; and practiced law in the private sector. Mara earned her J.D. at UC Berkeley School of Law, Boalt Hall, and her B.A. from Wellesley College. |

Kathy Hammock, Office Manager Kathy's background is in non-profit community health, where she had the honor of serving as the director of a non-profit health clinic for many years. Kathy is passionate about walking, bicycling and exploring mountains in the northwest. She is a graduate of Willamette University. |
CLF Board of Trustees
CLF receives oversight from an experienced Board of Trustees directing its Mission and Programs. Member organization representatives make up at least 60% of CLF's Board of Directors, and we strive for representation from the diverse membership of the Coalition.
