New Connections in East Portland

Document Actions

Thanks to stimulus funds and a lot of tenacity, school kids and seniors at NE 130th and Glisan in East Portland no longer have to try to walk or maneuver wheelchairs in a muddy ditch. Instead they have sidewalks, ADA compliant crosswalks, and stormwater treatments! CLF's white paper on economic stimulus helped spark community action to secure these improvements.
