CRC Plan Rejected; Steve Duin Calls the Project An "Abomination"
It recently came to light that the Oregon and Washington Departments of Transportation designed a bridge so risky and costly that the governors ordered them to immediately stop the design.This isn't the first time that major project elements have had to be redone. Scrutiny has repeatedly uncovered major flaws in planning. Yet the plan is still to barrel ahead.
